2. License and Intellectual Property When you purchase a digital product from Blynto, you are NOT buying the copyright to the software. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

• Standard License: Grants you the right to install and use the script on one (1) active domain or project, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

• Prohibited Actions: You may NOT :

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code or download links with third parties.

  • Claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership of any of our products.

  • Use our products to create a competing marketplace or service.

• Violation: Any violation of this license will result in the immediate termination of your account, revocation of your license keys, and potential legal action.

3. Digital Products & "As Is" Disclaimer All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that our scripts will function correctly with all 3rd party plugins, themes, or web browsers.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your server meets the requirements (eg, PHP version, MySQL) listed on the product page before purchasing.

4. Services For custom services (eg, Installation, Automation Setup):

• You agree to provide us with the necessary access (FTP, cPanel, API Keys) to perform the service.

• We are not responsible for any data loss during the customization process. Please backup your data before requesting a service.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use our products for any illegal purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. You may not use our scripts to:

• Facilitate scams, fraud, or phishing activities.

• Distribute malware or viruses.

• Violate the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Payments and Pricing
