At Blynto , we value our customers' satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services. However, because we sell digital goods (intangible irrevocable goods) and professional services, we have established a strict refund policy to ensure fairness for both parties.
1. Nature of Products All products sold by Blynto are digital, including PHP scripts, automations, source codes, templates, and digital tools. These products are delivered instantly via download links sent to your email or accessed through your user dashboard. We also offer custom services (installations, customizations).
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our business, all sales are considered final once the file has been downloaded or the service has commenced , with the following exceptions:
A. Eligibility for Refund (7-Day Guarantee): You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY if:

Technical Defects: The product has a critical technical error or bug that prevents it from functioning as described, AND our Support Team is unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe (72 hours).

Item Not as Described: The product is materially different from the description or preview provided on our website.

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
B. Non-Refundable Scenarios: We do NOT grant refunds for the following reasons:

"Change of Mind": You decided you no longer need the product after downloading it.

Lack of Expertise: You do not have the sufficient technical knowledge (PHP, Server management, etc.) to use the product, despite the product working correctly.

Incompatibility: The product is incompatible with your specific hosting environment or third-party plugins (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the documentation).

Mistaken Purchase: You bought the wrong script and have already downloaded the files.
3. Services Refund Policy For services (eg, Installation, Customization):

Not Started: If you cancel before we begin working, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

In Progress: If work has already started, no refunds will be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund If you believe you qualify for a refund under section 2.A, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@blynto.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Order ID]" .

Include your Order Number and the email used for purchase.

Provide a detailed description of the issue. If it is a technical error, screenshots or a video proof are required .

Allow our team up to 48 hours to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
5. Processing Refunds If your request is approved, the refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Crypto). Please note that banks may take 5-10 business days to reflect the amount in your statement.
6. Updates to this Policy Blynto reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website.
