Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

At Blynto , we specialize in digital products and professional services. This policy outlines how we deliver our software, scripts, and services to you.

1. No Physical Shipping We do not sell physical goods. There are no shipping fees, packaging, or postal delays. All transactions are completed electronically.

2. Instant Digital Delivery (Scripts & Tools) For ready-made products (PHP Scripts, Automations, Templates), delivery is automated:

  • Instant Access: Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your Download Link and License Key .

  • Dashboard Access: You can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account on blynto.com .

  • Spam Folder: If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder. Automated emails from our system sometimes get filtered.

3. Delivery of Services (Installations & Custom Work) For services purchased through Blynto (eg, Server Installation, Script Customization), the fulfillment process is manual:

  • Project Start: Our team will contact you via email within 24 business hours after purchase to request the necessary server credentials (FTP, cPanel, etc.).

  • Timeline: The estimated delivery time (eg, 2-3 days) begins after we have received full access and requirements from you, not from the moment of purchase.

  • Completion: Delivery is considered complete when we send you a confirmation email stating the service has been deployed on your server.

4. Fraud Review & Delays In rare cases, your order may be flagged for a Manual Security Review by our payment processor (to prevent unauthorized use of credit cards).

  • If this happens, delivery may be delayed for up to 12-24 hours while we verify your identity.

  • We reserve the right to request additional proof of ownership if a transaction is flagged as high-risk.

5. Delivery Troubleshooting In the unlikely event that you have not received your download link or service confirmation email after payment, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk Folder: Automated emails are sometimes filtered by email providers.

  2. Access your Dashboard: Log in to your account at blynto.com . All purchased files are instantly available in the "My Orders" or "Downloads" section.

  3. Contact Support: If the file is still missing, please contact us immediately with your Order ID :
